Amrit I AM Yoga Nidra is a no pose deep meditation.
Lie down in a super comfortable position, on your yoga mat with pillows and a blanket.
You will be led into your depths, where your energy can remember and align with the Stillness that is always within you.
The spinning stops. The stress stops. The to-do list stops. A shift from thinking and doing to feeling and being is activated.
Marinating in softness and silence, you deeply relax.
Each session is 35-40 min. long.
Erica Jo Shaffer is a Usuni and Lotus Light Reiki master/teacher. She continues to explore both Shamanic and Priestess studies in Consciousness. Erica as completed both introductory and advanced training with the Amrit Yoga Institute and has facilitated both groups and private sessions.
