We’ll start the evening by setting an intention as we settle into the space. We’ll then begin with some gentle breath work and vocalizing, followed by a relaxing journey of various overtone emitting instruments such as chimes, drums, rainsticks, rattles, handpan, and singing bowls.
The sound immersion itself will be about 90 mins. We’ll leave time at the beginning and the end for sharing and processing.
Yoga mats, cushions, bolsters and blankets will all be provided (feel free to bring your own) so you can be as comfortable as possible. We’ll also have chairs available for those who would prefer to sit. Feel free to be a journal to write anything down and a closed top water bottle!
