Yoga Nidra or "Yogic Sleep" is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. There is evidence that Yoga Nidra helps relieve stress and build a deeper connection between consciousness, stillness, and intuition.In this special Yoga Nidra w/ Subtle Sound Meditation event, we will prepare you in the setup of the practice. Haley will vocally guide you through settling into your body, breath awareness, visual imagery, and body scanning. Cecil will accompany the evening with subtle and ambient sounds (singing bowls and more) to help cultivate a richer and deeper layer of sound texture.
This will be your time to heal, rejuvenate, refresh, and relax in the present moment. You are welcome to bring your favorite blanket and pillow. Who wouldn’t like a 75-minute Savasana?
