Join us at Root2Rise for a morning of FREE classes to support the Mary Bird Cancer Center. Wear your best pink and dedicate your practice to someone in your life that has been affected by breast cancer.

• 9:00 AM: Power 75 Yoga with Crystal
• 10:45 AM: Yin 45 with Amy
• 12:00 PM: Hot Pilates with Daniela
Classes are free; cash, Venmo, or QR donations will be collected the day of classes and sent to the Mary Bird Cancer Center. Sign up using the class booking link!
