Yoga nidra is a form of meditation using deep relaxation techniques that guide participants to draw their awareness inward using a set of instructions, images and breath. Participants will find a resting pose that allows them to settle in to the space between being awake and asleep. The facilitator will read a script to help guide them to a state of feeling refreshed and restored. This particular session is designed to assist with the transition from winter to spring.Grab your mat, your coziest socks and favorite blanket for an opportunity to unplug and relax. ($10 dropin)
