Yoga Nidra: Nervous System Reset
A deeply soothing experience of rest and regulation — followed by a delicious plant-based dinner.
This guided Yoga Nidra session invites you to slow down and settle the body, mind, and breath. Through gentle awareness practices and calming visualizations, Emma will guide you into a state of deep rest where your nervous system can begin to unwind and reset.
The space will be thoughtfully prepared to support stillness and ease, with soft lighting, grounding scents, and a soundscape designed to evoke a sense of safety. All comforts are provided — mats, blankets, bolsters — though you're welcome to bring anything personal that helps you feel completely relaxed.
Whether you're feeling depleted, overstimulated, or just in need of a pause, this is a chance to come home to your body and recharge from within.
After the session, stay to enjoy a wholesome plant-based dinner and dessert, included in your ticket — a gentle way to nourish, connect, and carry the calm into your evening.

With a 100-hour trauma-informed Yin Yoga certification and a background in the corporate world, Emma brings both groundedness and empathy to her teaching. Her approach is slow, intentional, and centered on creating a space where your body feels safe to relax and release.
