Breathe and relax your subconscious mind in this restful meditative practice also known as yogic sleep. Yoga Nidra is a wonderful way to calm the nervous system, and includes a body scan and guided meditation. This practice begins with gentle movement to ease into relaxation, and is designed to shift the brain from its “waking state” into a deeper theta brainwave state. It’s a beautiful little reset for your mind and heart. Feel free to bring your pillow and blanket.
