Join Clare for a magical evening of deep relaxation with Yoga Nidra, Gong Immersion, and Sacred Tea Ceremony. The journey begins with a Mantra to center the mind, leading into the ultimate relaxation of Yoga Nidra
A practice that guides you through a Full Body Scan and Breath Awareness.
This allows your Physical, Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual Bodies to return to Equilibrium, promoting complete Relaxation and Healing.
The Yoga Nidra practice induces profound Rest, supporting your body’s natural ability to heal and regenerate.
Following this, Clare will guide you into the mesmerizing sound journey with her Gong, Anika.
The Gong’s rich layers of sound vibrations clear energetic blockages, releasing suppressed emotions and breaking through limiting thought patterns.
Your entire Physical and Emotional Body will be bathed in sound, often allowing aches and pains to subside.
Combining Yoga Nidra and the Gong’s Powerful Frequencies creates a deeply relaxing experience that nurtures both the Body, Mind and Soul.

Sound baths are not suitable for anyone in their 1st trimester of pregnancy, if you have sound induced epilepsy, a pacemaker, weak heart, metal, or stents in your brain …severe chronic depression, sensitive hearing, for under 12’s please ask …. If you are unsure, please seek medical advice.
If you are booking for someone else, please let them know about the contraindications listed above to make sure it is suitable.
