Just 1 hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 4 hours of deep sleep.In this elevated 75 Minute Event, you will be welcomed into a special environment curated for withdrawal of the senses, which will allow you to explore the extraordinary benefits of yogic sleep.
After progressive relaxation of body & mind, you will embark on a guided mental journey through 61 energy-rich points in the body (Shavayatra) to induce profound relaxation and enhance the quality of your life.
