Step into the serenity of Heartwood Farm, Federal and allow yourself to be guided into stillness with Leigh Ostermeier and Stephanie Cielo. This is not a workshop, but an immersion - an afternoon created for surrender, release and restoration.Yoga Nidra is a practice of conscious relaxation, where you lie comfortably in Śavāsana and are guided into a peaceful state of rest, renewal and inner stillness. The body relaxes as if asleep, while the mind remains calm, aware, and open - taking you into a deeply restorative state.
Sound Bath - immerse yourself in the calming vibrations of crystal bowls, harmonic vocals, soulful lyrics and the soothing resonance of guitar, designed to guide you gently back to your inner truth and to the heartbeat of the natural world.
