Join this dynamic duo and experience profound relaxation and rejuvenation with this unique offering that blends gentle movement, guided meditation, and the healing vibrations of a sound bath. This session is designed to help you release tension, restore energy, and find balance in body and mind.
Begin with gentle, mindful movement to prepare your body for deep relaxation. From there, settle into a comfortable position—either lying down in savasana or seated—while Christine guides you through a 45-minute Yoga Nidra practice. Yoga Nidra, also known as “yogic sleep,” invites you into a state of conscious relaxation, where true restoration can occur.
As you rest in stillness, you’ll also experience the calming resonance of a sound bath, featuring crystal singing bowls and other soothing instruments facilitated by Alana. The harmonious vibrations will help quiet your mind, reduce stress, and enhance the meditative experience.
This session is accessible to everyone, whether you’re new to meditation or seeking a deeper connection with your inner self.
What to bring: A yoga mat, cozy layers or a blanket for added comfort, and an open mind ready to receive.
