No prior aerial or yoga experience is necessary! This class is perfect for anyone looking to try something new, stretch deeper, or gently challenge their body in a creative way. Our experienced teachers will ensure you feel safe, comfortable, and empowered every step of the way.
What to bring: Comfortable, fitted clothing (to avoid fabric snagging), a water bottle, and an open mind. Please leave rings and earrings at home for this class.
