Join Karla Helbert and Annie Peace at Living Water Community Center this Sunday for a reiki infused Yoga Nidra and sound bath for the beginning of summer. Yoga nidra is not a moving yoga practice, but instead a practice of deep relaxation and rest.
Karla Helbert is an experienced yoga nidra guide with an amazing, centering voice. Annie Peace is an experienced sound healer and will be creating the soundscape for this practice.
You are welcome to arrive a little early and set up a cozy nest in which to rest deeply! We have some yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets, but many people bring their own favorite things.
