Breathe, stretch, and celebrate unity with us.Inside Community, we're elated to introduce the newest member of our Inside family, Mo from @mohealingyogaandwellness! � Not just a yoga instructor, Mo is a holistic healer and social worker dedicated to bringing inclusivity to the mat.
Join us for Mo's class, "Restore & Be," a tranquil restorative yoga experience set to a smooth soundtrack of 80s, 90s, and contemporary R&B artists �. Dive deep into breathwork, meditation, and restorative asana to find stillness and release. The poses aim to relieve chronic stress effects, including weakness and fatigue from daily fast-paced activities. This practice stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, helping alleviate stress, nourish the body, and stretch connective tissue.
Classes are every Monday at 5:30 PM �. At $20 per class, we aim to make wellness achievable for everyone in our community �.
"Restore & Be" goes beyond your average yoga session. It's a journey into tranquility, a dive into self, and a celebration of inner peace �. Starting this January, whether you're new to yoga or an experienced yogi, there's room for you here.
