Yoga Minis

Engage with your child with this playful yoga class. Expect gentle movement on the floor, yoga stories, and soothing breath exercises. Class is open to all who are interested in helping their child create stability, and connect with supportive breath for relaxation. Multiple family members are welcome to join.

We have mats and chairs available in-studio, students are encouraged to bring along a blanket or towel for comfort.

This class is for members of the Down Syndrome Association.
