Yoga in the Woods
this serene yoga class held on the boardwalk by
the pond. Join us for a gentle slow flow practice
surrounded by the sights and sounds of the forest.
Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle. Some prior yoga experience is recommended,
as the boardwalk railing may limit visibility of the
instructor at times. Clear verbal instructions by
certified trauma informed yoga instructor Jane
Henschen will guide you through the class, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the peaceful
beauty of this natural setting. Please arrive with
enough time to walk approximately 10 minutes to
the pond for class. Min. 5. Max. 12.
