I am super excited to announce we are returning to Hayle Park Nature Reserve for outdoor yoga! The support of this nature reserve is one I hold very close to my heart, so please support Hayle Park Nature Reserve by joining our Outdoor Yoga event.
Practicing yoga in nature is an incredible experience, and can deepen our connection to nature and ourselves, and what better way is there to celebrate and support this incredible amenity in our local area?
The practices will be gentle and flowy, focusing on exploration of movement, breath and nature. Open to all abilities. Families welcome!
You are welcome to pre-book your place at www.yoga-shines.com (this includes a booking fee), or turn up on the day (an email with interest will be much appreciated.)
Nature reserves are vital havens to wildlife, and need our support. All monies raised go directly to the Hayle Park Nature Reserve. (suggested donation £10)
