💐 Meet us starting at 5:30pm to create an Earth Mandala with flowers, rocks, shells or any offering you wish to share on the grassy area of Liberty Park
🧘 Through a series of gentle yet invigorating asanas, we'll honor the change of seasons, focusing on balance, letting go, and setting intentions for the months ahead. Expect a harmonious blend of grounding postures, breathwork, and meditation, all set to the soothing sounds of nature.
