Yoga in the Park: Sunrise Yoga Flow with Yoga Seeds

Come home to nature with your loved ones by starting your morning with an uplifting yoga session. Bring your mats, your family, and even your pets as we enjoy practice in the heart of nature - our very own lovely Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park at Ficus Green!

The session begins at 8am and is held at the lawn directly opposite the Yoga Seeds Shala. Expect a happy balance of peace and grounding alongside fun and laughter while building confidence, self-esteem, as well as strong, healthy bodies and minds through various yoga postures. This class promises fun for the whole family and is suitable for all levels! Many options will be provided and everyone is welcome.
