Yoga in the Park

Join us for Yoga in the Park this summer as partners with the Highlands Ranch Metro District to offer free yoga at Civic Green Park! Breathe in the fresh air, stretch under the open sky, and find your inner balance amidst nature's embrace, guided by expert instructors. Don't miss out on this great community experience – come flow with us and discover the harmony of mind, body, and nature.

All levels welcome, ages 13+ only.

Dress Code and Equipment Needs: Yoga mats will not be provided and attendees must bring their own. Participants should wear comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor activity and bring layers in case of weather changes. We encourage attendees to bring water bottles, sun or insect protection, and any desired yoga support items (straps, blocks, etc.).

Accessibility Information: Yoga in the Park takes place primarily on grass but there is the option to put your mat on cement if additional stability is desired. All paved portions of the park are wheelchair accessible.
