Ready to take charge of your well-being? Join us at Rock Your Wellness for an exciting event that will allow you to take a self-care break, express gratitude, have a little fun, find resources and jam out to the live music.
We are excited to announce our upcoming Health and Wellness event hosted collaboratively by three Colorado based non-profit organizations. Our event aims to promote well-being within our community, fostering physical, mental, and emotional health. Our lineup includes vendors who align with health and wellness, a gratitude walk with signs showcasing our loved ones, a mocktail area, live music, interactive family activities, food trucks and a Vitalant mobile blood drive.
