Join us for Yoga in the Park!
Instructor: Scott Wilson
This style of yoga is focused on regulating the nervous system and cultivating inner stillness and connection to your higher self. It’s beginner friendly as it’s slow moving and very relaxing.
Start your weekend with bliss and connection with other members!
June 13 @ 10AM (plan to come 10 min early to set up)
Location: Meadowbrook Park - Chilliwack.
(GPS doesn’t seem to take you directly to the park so you’ll find the parking lot off Meadowbrook Dr.)
This is a complimentary session!
What to bring:
*yoga mat
*yoga block if you have one
*water
*pillow to sit on or a folded up blanket if you need elevation
~weather permitted, if it is going to rain we will make an announcement in here the day before~
