Bring a mat or blanket and join us! Enjoy the outdoors and start your weekend feeling healthy, connected, and centered!
We will start promptly at 10 AM with beginner-friendly light yoga, and conclude with a gentle sound meditation.
This event is free and open to all people and all levels of movement.

Wellness in the Park is a free event and open to all. We indulge in activities including group fitness or nature walks, yoga, tai-chi, brunch, and more. All experience and skill levels are welcome!
