Start your Sunday with a fun, lively 60-minute flow under the open sky. We'll move, breathe, and connect with nature—and ourselves—in the most beautiful way.
This all-levels class is designed to energize your body and calm your mind. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you’re welcome here. Expect good vibes and a grounded way to kick off your week.
