Friends of Franklin Parks, Historic Franklin Parks, Be Well Mel, Robin Barnes, and Vui's Kitchen are thrilled to bring you a morning of yoga, health and well-being.
International Day of Yoga -
Yoga is universal - it can be practiced anywhere, at any time, and by anyone irrespective of age, gender, culture or nationality. Yoga is a powerful tool for individuals, communities and countries to improve both mental and physical health.
Yoga is better in nature and community so come join us and yogis globally as we honor this special practice together.
Come ready to move your body in a mixer style Yoga sampler class lead by some of the most OM-azing yoga teachers our special Franklin community has to offer.
Event schedule:
7:30-7:50 AM Sign-in
8:00-10:00 AM Yoga and meditation
10:00-11:00AM Closing meditation and sound bath
11:00am-12:00pm Community hour
Bring mat, towel and water
Wear sunscreen
