Set in the laid-back atmosphere of Parc Aux Angeliques, this yoga practice will help you transition from a busy day to a peaceful evening.

This class focuses on building a strong foundation in each posture, with proper alignment, deep stretching, modifications to accommodate the students needs and breathing techniques.

You will leave feeling aligned, balanced and more confident in your practice.
