Set within the beautiful, shaded oasis of the Ybor Museum Gardens, our weekly outdoor class offers a gentle vinyasa flow designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and clear your mind. • Accessible Flow: A mindful sequence of gentle stretches, standing balances, and foundational poses suitable for everyone.
• Expert Verbal Cues: Clear, detailed alignment instructions ensure you can easily follow along from any spot in the garden.
• Core & Balance: Practicing on the natural lawn adds a fun, subtle challenge that naturally engages your core.
• Deep Relaxation: Every session finishes with a peaceful, open-air savasana under the garden canopy to leave you feeling fully restored.

Quick Tips for Your Session

• Arrive Early: Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before 9:30 AM to check in, stretch, and find your perfect spot.
• Mat Prep: Bring your yoga mat or a large beach towel.
• Dew Barrier: We recommend bringing a second towel to place under your mat if the morning grass is damp.
• Stay Comfortable: Pack a water bottle, wear sunscreen, and bring sunglasses for bright morning light.
• Donations: This community class runs on your generosity. Contributions can be made via cash or digital payment options at the venue.
