Over time, practices evolve and new insights emerge. Questions will probably arise and sometimes revisiting familiar material allows us to experience it in an entirely new way!
Join Roger Mallory for a day of exploration designed to refresh foundational skills while expanding your understanding of Yoga Nidra through guided experiences, discussion, practical application, and nuanced teaching considerations. This training is designed to support yoga teachers, meditation practitioners, and dedicated students interested in strengthening their confidence and relationship with this powerful practice.
Expect opportunities to practice, reflect, ask questions, and reconnect with the qualities that make Yoga Nidra such a valuable tool for awareness, connection. resilience, a process for protracted and profound relaxation, true meditation, and developing greater equanimity.
If you're looking to refine your facilitation skills, or maybe refresh concepts from previous study, or immerse yourself more deeply in practice, this training offers space to continue learning and growing within a supportive community environment.
Come curious, ready to explore, and ready to reconnect with the practice in a fresh way.
A previous Yoga Nidra training is required in order to attend this training. Please contact us to verify if your training was taken outside of Lotus Pond to ensure this course would be appropriate for you.
