Join us for a Dynamic Flow Yoga session in the park! 🌳 Experience the beauty of nature while connecting with your body and breath. Our yoga class is designed to challenge and nourish your practice, whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out.

We'll meet between 5.50pm & 5.55pm on the grass, in South Point park, Miami Beach. Class starts at 6.00pm sharp.

Instructor :

Elisa is the founder of "Yogalifemore". She is a certified yoga instructor with more than 12 years of experience, a Sound Practitioner, a breathwork facilitators and she guides meditations. She is also a neuroscience expert. Elisa has a passion for sharing the benefits of yoga, creating a safe, supportive, and transformative environment for students of all levels.
