About this Event
Relax and restore along the Mystic with free riverfront yoga sponsored by and run by ! Reserve your spot here for our free 9:30 am class.
What You Need to Know
- Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle to each class
- Tickets open up every Friday at noon - you must register each week in order to attend
- Class begins promptly at 9:30am
- In the event of inclement weather, all participants will be notified of class cancellations the night prior

I expressly agree to indemnify and hold the Owner harmless against any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, of any person or entity, that may arise from injuries or damages sustained by me arising out of or connected in any way to my use of the Facility.
