Yoga in the Greenhouse

Yoga will be hosted in the South Greenhouse. Cortney from Daily Breath Yoga will lead the group in an all-levels slow flow session. The greenhouse does have high humidity so be prepared to sweat! We will have a purified water refill station available but definitely recommend you come prepared with water, a yoga mat & towel.

Optimyze will have two cold plunge tubs in the Welcome Garden for those yogis that would like to participate. Tickets for the cold plunge are available with the combo ticket package.

All attendees will receive a complimentary $5.99 house plant!
