Event Description:

Join us for a transformative Women's Sunrise Hike with the Authenticity Collective—a morning designed to reconnect with nature, ourselves, and each other. As we hike under the stars and watch the sun rise, we will explore the theme of Ego vs. True Self, focusing on the ways ego-driven beliefs create noise in our minds. This event will guide us in strengthening our relationship with the authentic self, helping us let go of what no longer serves us and embrace a deeper sense of clarity.

During the hike, we'll pause to enjoy functional mushroom cacao, grounding us in the moment. In a circle, we’ll engage in a special release activity, letting go of a word, thought, or topic we want to give less attention to. We'll close with a gratitude circle, leaving us uplifted, connected, and aligned with our true selves.

What to Bring:

• Yoga mat, blanket, or pillow for comfort
• Suitable hiking shoes
• Water to stay hydrated
