Join us for a refreshing in-person yoga session surrounded by nature's calm! Whether you're a beginner or a pro, it's the perfect way to unwind and stretch out before the week starts. Bring your mat, some water, and your good vibes. Let's flow together in the garden vibes this Sunday!

Check-in
Info: Welcome in! Bring your mat to your preferred area for class, grab some blocks and enjoy the sunshine until class starts. Drop-in fees can also be paid upon check-in, if not pre-paid before class.

Yoga & Movement
Info: Enjoy one whole hour of instructed and observed yoga practice by a Certified Yoga Teacher- Brittany James or substitute certified instructor. Modifications will be offered to encourage all levels of movement to participate.

Class Closing
Info: Class will end and instructor will notify of the next session and how to sing up. Feel free to talk to the instructor for any questions or comments about your experience. We are always working to make this the most pleasant, informative and beneficial experience for everyone!
