Join us for the 2nd Annual Health & Safety Fair on Sunday, June 28th from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Lake County Fairgrounds, Building 4H! 💙
This free community event is hosted by the Lake County Health Department and designed to bring local health resources, safety education, and family-friendly activities all into one place for Lake County residents.
Here’s what you’ll find at the Health & Safety Fair:
- Local health resources and community services
- Free health screenings
- Safety demonstrations, including Narcan training, Hands-Only
CPR, Stop the Bleed, and K9 Unit demonstrations
- Rusty the Railcat appearance ⚾
- Free backpacks filled with back-to-school items 🎒
- DJ 🎶
- Free food 🍽️
- Raffle prizes 🎟️
- Giveaway items that promote health and safety
Our goal as the Lake County Health Department is to make health education, prevention, and community support more accessible for everyone while creating a fun and engaging event for families.
