Our Yoga in the Fields community has shifted to an exciting new community space, where we'll move, breathe, connect and find stillness together.

You are warmly invited to join us for a grounding and uplifting 60-minute yoga class, followed by a relaxed chatter over tea + biscuits.

🌿 What to expect:

• A yoga practice inspired by seasonal transitions, yoga philosophy and lunar cycles.
• Meditation and breathwork.
• A simple optional sharing circle & journaling to reflect on what we might like to release, and what intentions we're working on.
• A plethora of tea + biscuits, and relaxed time to connect afterwards.

Whether you joined us in London Fields last summer or this is your first time, you are very welcome!
Class is led by Alex (@alexandrakateyoga) - yoga teacher, event host, and trailblazer for authentic and conscious community spaces.
Mats, props, soft blankets and straps are provided, as well as a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
