Yoga in the City - Friday 18th October

Yoga in the City is all about connection, and for this session, we will start to go inward and prepare for Autumn and the change in energy as the nights grow darker and the weather cools.

After a busy week, reconnect with yourself, body and mind, and catch up with your new connections with a glass of prosecco after class!

Join me for a warming, reflective yoga session at Arch 27. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, this event is perfect for everyone looking to unwind and stretch in the heart of the city. We will start at a slightly later time from the last session.

6 pm - Arrive from 6 pm, settle in and more.

6.30 pm - 7.30 pm - Step onto your mat for a grounding and warming flow. I will guide you through a 60-minute warming and grounding flow, encouraging you to let go of the week and leave you feeling reconnected, focused and ready for your weekend!

7.30 pm - 8 pm - Time for prosecco and socialising with your new community!
