Yoga in the Apple Orchard: Sound Healing, Tuning Forks & Nature

Step into the beauty of the Okanagan with a grounding morning designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and fully immerse in nature, movement, and sound ✨
We’ll begin with a gentle guided walk through the apple orchard, surrounded by fresh blooms, soft morning light, and the peaceful energy of the land.
In the orchard, we’ll settle into a deeply nourishing outdoor Yin yoga practice focused on heart opening, breath, and gentle release. This slow, meditative practice invites the body to soften, the mind to quiet, and the nervous system to unwind 🤍
Throughout the practice, Blair will offer live sound healing using crystal singing bowls, along with tuning forks applied directly to specific Chinese meridian points on the body to support energetic balance, release tension, and restore flow throughout the system.
Sound healing works through vibration and frequency. As the body is largely made of water, these healing tones gently move through the tissues, helping to release stagnation, calm the nervous system, and guide you into a deeper state of relaxation, clarity, and alignment ✨
After yoga, we’ll make our way back down the hill to conclude the experience with a curated wine and cider tasting at The View Winery, where you can sip, connect, and savour the morning together 🍷
