Yoga and cake, what could possibly be better? I am excited to join forces with Jude and her team for this special offering.Our cosy and gentle Sunday sessions start with a seasonal movement practice outdoors either under cover by the tearoom or outside in the field next to it with stunning views over the nearby hills. The movement part of our session includes yoga and qigong linking in with the season. These sessions are gentle and suitable for everyone including beginners (16+). We also spend time slowing down in meditation and take time to relax.
After our movement session, we will move into the cosy tea room for our afternoon tea beautifully prepared by Jude and her team. Connect with like minded people over a cuppa and sandwiches&cake. I love the social aspect of bringing people together and there is no better way to do this than through good food.
These are special events and run seasonally.
