You will be guided through a relaxing moon qigong flow, yin postures and drift into a deep yoga nidra and relaxing sound gong bath.

This full moon can amplfy everything, emerge feeling calm, clearer & emotionally lighter after this class, leaving feeling more balanced and clear on your full potential.

Starting with a relaxing restorative Qigong Flow. This sequence is easy for all to follow and suitable for all abilities. Qigong is an ancient form of tai chi and very relaxing. All newbies are welcome.
We will then transition in to a few restorative postures and a lovely soundscape Gong Bath.
Where I will guide you into a deeply restful state that taps into the moons powerful energy.

Let the resonant waves of sound wash over you. Releasing stress, clearing energy blockages, stagnant energy and anything that may stop you tapping into your true wisdom and soul path. I will guide you into a state of profound relaxation and inner peace.
