About Your Teacher 🧘

Karen is a 500RYT registered yoga teacher, retreat host, astrologer, and Reiki energy worker with 6+ years of experience facilitating wellness experiences internationally and locally. Karen teaches in vinyasa, hatha, restorative and nidra styles, focusing her offerings on the ancient and mystical teachings that aid us in liberation from suffering; in addition to the physical asana, her yoga classes incorporate some meditation, pranayama (breath control) and mantra.
