It's time to slide into the weekend with a gentle hour of yoga guided by Jenna Schissel, mental health therapist and certified yoga therapist. Join us on the first and third Fridays each month. No prior yoga experience is required to enjoy this free class focused on stress relief and relaxation. It is strongly recommended that you bring your own yoga mat or large towel to participate, along with some water. If you've ever been curious about yoga, this class is for you.
