�After taking the month of October off from public yoga classes, I have just set my schedule of donation based classes for the rest of the year! This is an invitation to start your day off right, and support a growing movement of sharing love with our community! These will be small groups hosted at my event space in Clive.
� At least 50% of donations will go towards our community service days. I plan to host 4 this month. Where we come together to cook healthy meals that will be distributed to the community fridges. Your time is a beautiful contribution and you can sign up for as many slots as you want! I’ll need help preparing, cleaning, & delivering. Last year we did this around thanksgiving, but I feel that is a time that a lot of people will be covered. So these weeks leading up, hope these contributions will be supportive, as some people will be struggling with food during the government shutdown.
�If you can’t be of service, sharing is so helpful � Donations can be made to @alllovemovement on Venmo. Put “food” in the description. Anything not covered will be my own donation. If you’ve ever asked my about cooking classes, this is your chance to learn for free, and get all the feels of helping your community. �
