Small, super-friendly class where everyone is welcome

Join us on Thursday afternoons, 5.45 - 6.45pm, for some deep self-care. Our small group yoga gently class focuses on relaxation, stretching and strengthening.
Expect a warm welcome, safe, non-judgemental space and a very mindful, gentle approach. No previous yoga experience is needed and most people are surprised at how accessible the class is!

New to the class? Have your first session with us for £5 cash. After this you can book in month blocks (see above link) or drop in for £10 cash on the day.
