Small, super-friendly class where everyone is welcome

I am struggling physically at the moment while waiting for a knee replacement and have found it so beneficial along with the relaxation part of it. Join us on Thursday afternoons, 4.30 - 5.20pm for some deep self-care. This new chair yoga-based class focuses on relaxation, stretching and strengthening.
You can expect a safe, nurturing, non-judgemental space, a lovely supportive community and a very small class size.
