New to yoga or wanting to revisit yoga foundations? Join a Yoga Alliant certified instructor for 5 weeks as we establish a safe connection to the basic alignment, focus, breath, and body awareness principles that will give you the confidence to try many different styles of yoga.  Mats, props, and modifications are provided.

No flexibility or knowledge of yoga required! ;)
