About Tracey Yuen: "As both a student and a teacher, I love the creativity, playfulness and fluidity of a dynamic flow but value the softness and stillness of a nourishing yin practice just as much. In a city thatβs so full of yang energy, I believe that learning to listen to your body, slowing down and making time to consciously rest is one of the kindest things you can do for yourself.
My classes draw from my experience across vinyasa, mandala and yin yoga, combined with my travels and adventures both on and off the mat from Bali to India to Europe and beyond. As a teacher, my goal is to create a space for students to find joy in movement, a sense of calm and to leave feeling rejuvenated."
Tracey completed her 200hr vinyasa training at Kindred School of Yoga, followed by her yin training with Norman Blair, Mandala training with Dulce Agular and additional training in assists & adjust with Helen Russell-Clark. As a yoga instructor with a passion for holistic health and environmental advocacy, Tracey's passion for sustainability aligns perfectly with the goals of Plastic-Free July, making Tracey the ideal guide for this meaningful event.
