Yoga for the Creative Soul

A nurturing, all-levels workshop designed to reconnect you with your creative flow. Led by Jorden, this experience weaves together therapeutic yoga to balance body and mind, gentle practices to clear creative blockages, and guided meditative doodling (zentangle) with simple, supportive instruction. Materials are provided, though you’re welcome to bring your favorite pens or sketchbook.

Open to anyone who creates in any form—whether you cook, teach, write, paint, or simply feel the pull to make something—this workshop offers an accessible toolkit to help you rediscover and trust your creative voice. Expect to clear mental fog, soften inner resistance, and spark fresh inspiration.

Held under the energy of June’s Strawberry Moon, a time traditionally associated with ripening, sweetness, and quiet abundance, this gathering invites you to honor what’s ready to bloom. We’ll close with traditionally restorative poses and Yoga Nidra to help integrate the experience, leaving you grounded, replenished, and gently inspired for whatever you’re creating next.
