For our club members, please join us for a welcoming and supportive yoga session with Jackie Clarke from Essential Yoga, designed specifically to support healthy movement, mobility, strength and wellbeing.
These sessions are part of our Swim for Health program and focus on helping members move well both in and out of the water. Whether you are an experienced swimmer, returning to exercise, or completely new to yoga, Jackie creates classes that are accessible, enjoyable and suitable for everybody.
With more than 25 years of experience in yoga, Pilates and functional movement, Jackie specialises in helping people improve flexibility, balance, posture, breathing and body awareness — all important components for swimming performance, injury prevention and healthy ageing.
The focus is not on perfection, but on learning how to move better, feel stronger and stay active for life.
What to expect:
