Join Soul House Wellness & Breathing Room Yoga for a yoga class curated for and by people of color!This hour is intended to be a safe space for mind, body and spirit relaxation while giving people of color the chance to reclaim an ancient practice that originated in their own cultures.
You can expect a gentle hatha flow, offering modifications to suit each persons' individual practice and skill level, followed by a grounding gong bath.
This is a donation based class: suggested donation is $20, but you are invited to pay what you can!
Mats and props are provided.
