You asked, we listened! Join Soul House Wellness for this special Saturday morning session of Yoga for People Of Color.
Yoga for People of color is a safe space for mind, body and spirit relaxation, giving people of color the chance to reclaim an ancient practice that originated in their own cultures.
You can expect a gentle hatha flow, offering modifications to meet each person's practice and skill level, followed by a grounding sound bath.
Yoga for People of Color is a donation based class- suggested donation $20, but please pay what you can!
